The BCT2019EXKV12-TR is a Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) SC-70-5 RoHS manufactured by BROADCHIP. It is a three-terminal device that offers low noise and ripple, low quiescent current, and excellent temperature stability performance. This LDO operates with input voltages of up to 30 V and can provide a maximum output current of 200 mA. It features fixed and adjustable output voltage options, making it suitable for various applications. In addition, the device has an extremely fast transient response due to an integrated reverse-leakage current which ensures excellent load regulation even at low input voltages. It is ideal for a host of applications, ranging from general voltage regulation to battery-powered systems.
