The MF-R400 with Resettable Fuses - PPTC 30v Max 40Amps Max Hold 4.0 Trip 8.0 manufactured by Bourns is a resettable fuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment such as medical devices, communications equipment, industrial controls, and lighting systems. The MF-R400 has 30 volts maximum and 40 amps maximum current carrying capacity and has renewable functionality, meaning that it can be reset after a fault has occurred. It is designed to trip at 4.0 amps and reset or hold at 8.0 amps. It is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
