Additional Infomation About Product

The AX6601-18RA low dropout regulator (LDO) manufactured by Axelite is a three-terminal voltage regulator in a small SOT-23-3 package with RoHS compliance. It uses an N-Channel MOSFET to provide fast transient response and low quiescent current (10uA at 10V input to 3.3V output). It also features an adjustable maximum output voltage up to 28V and a maximum input voltage of 42V. The adjustable output voltage setting eliminate the need for multiple stock LDO types. It also features programmable current limit, thermal shutdown, and over voltage protection, all designed to protect the user’s circuits from over-voltage, over-current and thermal faults. This makes it ideal for use in a variety of applications, such as low power regulation at point-of-load, automotive and industrial equipment, and battery-charger applications.
