The AW8646QNR is an IC motor driver manufactured by Awinic, packaged in a 4x4 VQFN-24 RoHS compliant package. It is designed to drive brushed DC motors with high efficiency and a wide application range. It has integrated protection features such as over-current, thermal shutdown, high-side and low-side short-circuit protection, as well as open circuit detection for speed feedback sensor, to protect the motor driver and the motor itself from damage. It is capable of achieving fast and smooth speed switching and provides multi-speed output control with PWM. It is ideal for household pneumatic tools, electric drills, blenders, and other portable devices with DC motor drive.
