TechnologiesThe ASPL431AZA/SOT23 is a voltage references SOT-23 RoHS manufactured by Ascend Technologies. It is a three-terminal low-dropout voltage reference, having a typical and maximum dropout voltage of 0.22 volts and 0.3 volts respectively. The device has a temperature range of -40 to +125 degrees Celsius, and a maximum current input of 50 mA. It has a 2% accuracy in terms of voltage, and a 0.5% accuracy in terms of temperature. It is also available in SOT23L packages. The ASPL431AZA/SOT23 is designed to drive both LED and CFL products, allowing it to be used in a variety of applications such as those found in consumer electronics, automotive, and industrial markets.
