IncThe AU4521P4-3 with DFN2020-3 ESD Protection Device ROHS is a RoHS-compliant Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection device marketed by Applied Power Inc. It is a Dual Channel ESD Protection Device in a 3 mm x 2 mm reduced DFN2020-3 package designed to provide excellent ESD protection from 8 kV air-gap discharges (human body-model, HBM) and 4 kV contact discharges. The AU4521P4-3 offers multi-channel ESD protection with two parallel SCR pairs (output 4) and shunt capacitors (output 2) integrated in the same package. The device is optimized for ultra-low capacitance to minimize signal integrity degradation and is specified over a wide range of environmental conditions. This product provides excellent mechanical and thermal stability, making it suitable for automotive applications. Additionally, the ESD Protection Device is lead-free and RoHS compliant and is suitable for high density mobile applications.
