Additional Infomation About Product

The AU0971P6 with DFN1610-2 ESD Protection Devices ROHS is a bi-directional electro-static discharge (ESD) protection device manufactured by Applied Power. It is designed to provide protection against ESD-induced surges in high-speed circuits up to 8kV, with low leakage current and fast response times. The AU0971P6 is housed in a lead-free, RoHS-compliant, DFN 1610-2 package and comes with an ESD-protection rating of 8kV. It offers ESD protection with a minimum of +/- 8kV contact and +15kV air discharge. The device features a low leakage current rating of maximum 0.5 micro-amps at 4.5V and a low threshold voltage of single-level protection of 5.0V. In addition, it comes with over-voltage clamp protection, making it ideal for applications demanding reliable surge protection.
