Additional Infomation About Product

The APX9166EI-PBG with Motor Drivers TO-92M4 RoHS is a motor control IC manufactured by Anpec Electronics Corporation. It is designed to deliver high current PWM-controlled DC motors with simple pulse-width modulation (PWM) control inputs. The device has an operating voltage range of up to 6V, and can provide up to 600mA of continuous output current. It is available in a RoHS-compliant TO-92M4 package, which makes it suitable for a wide variety of applications. It features internal ESD protection for the motor's drive and sleep logic signals, as well as current limiting and short-circuit protection. It is also protected by an overload detector and a thermal shutdown circuit, both of which can be used to monitor the current and temperature of the motor.
