ElectronicsThe APL3516AKI-TRG with PMIC Power Distribution Switches SOP-8 RoHS manufactured by Anpec Electronics is an integrated power IC that can provide up to 30A of current to enable efficient power distribution in any size PCB board. It contains two independent main switches, one for the system power (Vin) and one for the load (Vout). The internal power distribution switches allow for fast, efficient distribution of power in both directions (Vin to Vout and vice versa). The device also includes low RdsON low-side MOSFETs with a wide voltage range of 0.3V - 20V and an over temperature protection (OTP) circuit to prevent over heating when the temperature exceeds up to 165 degrees Celsius.The APL3516AKI-TRG comes in an 8-pin SOP-8 surface mount package for ease of assembly on any size PCB and it is RoHS compliant. The device is a high power integrated IC that can provide up to 30A of current with low losses, making it ideal for any application.
