The LTM4622EV#PBF is an advanced switching voltage regulator manufactured by Analog Devices that offers dual ultrathin 2.5A or single 5A step-down DC/DC module regulator. It is a high efficiency, low profile, low component count solution for powering a wide variety of applications. It has a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 40V, a wide output voltage range of 0.6V to 38V, and high step-down efficiency up to 95%. It also features adjustable frequency, adjustable soft-start, adjustable overcurrent protection and short circuit protection. The device integrates external N-channel MOSFETs and inductors, minimizing PCB space and bill of materials. It is ideal for powering small point-of-load systems.
