The LTC2311-12 achieves IN n Guaranteed Operation 40C to 125C 0.25LSB INL typical, no missing codes at 12 bits and n Single 3.3V or 5V Supply 73dB SNR typical. n Low Drift (20ppm/C Max) 2.048V or 4.096V Internal The LTC2311-12 has an onboard low drift (20ppm/C max) Reference with 1.25V External Reference Input 2.048V or 4.096V temperature compensated reference n 1.8V to 2.5V I/O Voltages and provides an external 1.25V buffered reference input. n CMOS or LVDS SPI-Compatible Serial I/O The LTC2311-12 also has a high speed SPI-compatible n Power Dissipation 50mW at V = 5V (Typ) DD serial interface that supports CMOS or LVDS. The fast n Small 16-Lead (4mm 5mm) MSOP Package 5Msps throughput with one-cycle latency makes the LTC2311-12 ideally suited for a wide variety of high speed a T applications.
