Additional Infomation About Product

The ENS210-LQFM with ams OSRAM manufactured by ams is a low-power digital ambient light and proximity sensor that incorporates a spectrum normalized detector into a single component package. This component package covers a full visible-light spectrum, and includes a proximity sensor element and a digital output indicating the device status. The ENS210-LQFM is composed of an infrared (IR) deep-trench photodiode and a dedicated IC for signal conditioning and signal processing. It employs an enhanced spectral responsivity filter fused to a silicon substrate for greater sensitivity and improved accuracy. Additionally, the sensor has a wide ambient-light range and a high dynamic range. This makes the ENS210-LQFM ideal for various applications including mobile phones, tablets, augmented reality glasses/headsets, medical devices, and vehicle automated headlamps. The sensor is designed to work reliably in challenging lighting conditions such as direct sun exposure, reflections, and near-infrared (NIR) sources.
