The EP5357xUI integrates MOSFET 2.5mm x 2.25mm x 1.1mm package switches, control, compensation, and the 2 Total Solution Footprint 14mm magnetics in an advanced 2.5mm x 2.25mm QFN Package. Low V ripple for RF compatibility OUT Integrated magnetics enables a tiny solution High efficiency, up to 93% footprint, low output ripple, low part-count, and 600mA continuous output current high reliability, while maintaining high efficiency. 55A quiescent current The complete solution can be implemented in as 2 little as 14mm . NC (SW) pins are not to be electrically connected to any external signal, NC(SW) 16 ground, or voltage. However, they must be soldered to the PCB. Failure to follow this guideline may result in part malfunction or damage to the device. Power ground. Connect this pin to the ground electrode of the Input and output filter 2 PGND capacitors. LLM (Light Load Mode LLM) pin. Logic-High enables automatic LLM/PWM and logic- 3 LLM low places the device in fixed PWM operation. LLM pin should be connected to ENABLE, or should be disabled before ENABLE is pulled low.
