Enpirion Power Datasheet EN63A0QA 12A PowerSoC Highly Integrated Synchronous Buck With Integrated Inductor Description Features The EN63A0QA is a 12A Power System on a Chip High Efficiency (Up to 96%) (PowerSoC) DC to DC converter with an integrated -40C to +105C Ambient Temperature Range inductor, PWM controller, MOSFETs and AEC-Q100 Qualified for Automotive Applications compensation to provide the smallest solution size in a 10x11x3mm 76-pin QFN module. The EN63A0QA CISPR 25 6.6 / ISO11452-5 Compliant is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications Excellent Ripple and EMI Performance and is specifically designed to meet the precise Up to 12A Continuous Operating Current voltage and fast transient requirements of high- Input Voltage Range (2.5V to 6.6V) performance, low-power processor, DSP, FPGA, memory boards and system level applications in Frequency Synchronization (Clock or Primary) distributed power architecture. The EN63A0QA 2% V Accuracy (Over Line/Load/Temperature) OUT features switching frequency synchronization with an 2 Optimized Total Solution Size (280mm ) external clock or other EN63A0QAs for parallel operation. Other features include precision enable Precision Enable Threshold for Sequencing threshold, pre-bias monotonic start-up, and Programmable Soft-Start programmable soft-start.
