The AOZ8831DT-03 is part of the Alpha and Omega (AO) Semiconductors line of power management integrated circuits. It is a single-channel, Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) Buck Converter designed for portable and low-power applications. It has an operating Input Voltage Range of 2.5V to 6V and a typical Output Voltage Range of 0.6V to 5.0V. Features include a wide programming voltage range from 0.8V to 5V, very low standby current consumption, programmable frequency, and adjustable soft start. It also includes protection features such as output Over Voltage protection and Under-Voltage Lockout. The AOZ8831DT-03 can out-performs other ICs due to its extremely low radiations, low thermal resistance and high efficiency.
