The Keysight N8740A is a wireless amplifier test set designed to either test or design wireless power amplifiers. It offers automated tests to help engineers save both time and money in the development process. The N8740A uses vector signal analysis to power efficiency and linearity analysis of the power amplifiers, while flexibility features such as predefined or adjustable parameter settings and limit masks make it highly customizable to the user’s needs. The test set can test a wide range of frequencies, including 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, Wi-Fi, and 5G. Additionally, the set includes a range of DACs and RF front-ends drives to facilitate measurements.
