The LM385M3-1.2/NOPB from Texas Instruments is an adjustable, micro-power shunt voltage regulator integrated circuit. It operates from -40 degrees Celsius to 125 degrees Celsius and provides a very low quiescent voltage of 0.45 V maximum with a dropout voltage of 0.3 V typical. It features low temperature coefficient, fast turn-on response, and low supply current. Its output is adjustable from 0.8V to 3V with an additional external resistor. The output voltage is stable within a ± 0.5% over temperature range. The LM385M3-1.2/NOPB is available in an 8-pin SOT-23 package.
