MAX4644 19-1657 Rev 1 1/11 High-Speed, Low-Voltage, 4, SPDT CMOS Analog Switch General Description Features The MAX4644 is a single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) +1.8V to +5.5V Single-Supply Operation switch that operates from a single supply ranging from Rail-to-Rail Analog-Signal Range +1.8V to +5.5V. It provides low 4 on-resistance (R ) ON Guaranteed R ON as well as 1 R flatness over the entire analog-signal ON 4 max (+5V Supply) range.
