It is a completely integrated solution including the 12V Power Rails required power-pass MOSFET device for 12V supplies. S On-Board Power MOSFET During hot-plug, the device controls the supply output S No High Power R Resistor Needed SENSE voltage ramp (dV/dt) and limits the current at a user- controlled level. The device also limits the output voltage S Adjustable Current Limit to protect downstream devices from overvoltage events. S Adjustable Output Voltage Slew Rate The MAX34565 is offered in a latchoff version.
