The MAX2681EUT+T is a low-noise, SiGe downconverter mixer with up-down converters from Analog Devices designed to convert frequencies from 400MHz to 2.5GHz. It is an active double-balanced mixer module with an integrated LO buffer amplifier that uses a SiGe bipolar process, and requires a supply voltage of 3V. The chip also has excellent suppression of the second and other higher order harmonics for low spurious signals. The mixer has on-chip RF and LO harmonic filters, and features a differential output architecture for increased performance. It offers good rejection of wideband interferers and outputs an excellent level of 1dB compression with low distortion. The mixer is suitable for use in radio receivers, cellular transceivers, and satellite communication systems.
