MAX17502 60V, 1A, Ultra-Small, High-Efficiency, Synchronous Step-Down DC-DC Converter General Description Benefits and Features Eliminates External Compo nents and Reduces Total The MAX17502 high-efficiency, high-voltage, synchro nous Cost step-down DC-DC converter with integrated MOSFETs No Schottky-Synchronou s Operation for High operates over a 4.5V to 60V input voltage range. This Efficiency and Reduced Cost device is offered in a fixed 3.3V , 5V or adjustable output voltage (0.9V to 92%V ) while delivering up to 1A of Internal Compensation and Feedback Divider for IN current. The output voltage is accurate to within 1.7% 3.3V and 5V Fixed Outputs over -40C to +125C. The MAX17502 is available in A ll-Ceramic Capacitors, Ultra-Compact Layout compact TDFN and TSSOP packages. Simulation models Redu ces Number of DC-DC Regulators to Stock are available. Wide 4.5V to 60V Input Voltage Range The device features peak-current-mode control with 0.9V to 92%V Adjustable Output Voltage IN pulse-width modulation (PWM) and operates with fixed Delivers up to 1A switching frequency at any load. The low-resistance, 600kHz and 300kHz Switching Frequency Options on-chip MOSFETs ensure high efficiency at full load and Available in a 10-Pin, 3mm x 2mm TDFN and simplify the layout. 14-Pin, 5mm x 4.4mm TSSOP Packages A programmable soft-start feature allows users to reduce Redu ces Power Dissipation input inrush current.
