Robust Solution for Harsh Environments The MAX14954 is available in a small, lead-free, 42-pin Industrial Temperature Rated: -40C to + 85C (3.5mm x 9.0mm) TQFN package for optimal layout and 5kV Human Body Model (HBM) Protection on minimal space requirements. The device is specified over All Pins -40NC to +85NC extended operating temperature range.
