The DS1843D+TRL with Sample & Hold Amplifiers Fast Sample & Hold Circuit from Analog Devices is a combination of a high speed 10MHz sample-and-hold amplifier and an advanced switch and voltage converter. It offers a floating-input sample-and-hold architecture that uses a low-profile field effect transistor (FET) to switch and convert the sample input voltage into a buffered output voltage. The FET also provides fast turn-off, allowing the input to be cleanly switched off and a low input offset voltage for high accuracy. An additional smaller FET is used to read the sample voltage without changing the stored charge. This architecture provides better linearity and accuracy across a wide input range. The circuit can also operate over a wide temperature range and is able to quickly capture and hold a signal without any glitches or droop. The DS1843D+TRL comes in an 8-pin SOIC and TSSOP packages.
