Additional Infomation About Product

The ISL3159EIBZ is a single-channel current-limiting TVS diode array from Renesas. This diode array is designed for protecting sensitive components from voltage spikes. It has a low clamping voltage that helps to ensure that over-voltage transients are absorbed without causing damage to the connected circuit. The ISL3159EIBZ features reverse standoff voltage of 5.8V, reverse peak pulse power of 600 W, transient peak pulse current of 8A, and typical capacitance of 6pF. This device has low capacitance and an ultra-low power consumption of only 130nA. It is available in the SOT-23-5 package and is RoHS compliant.
