Additional Infomation About Product

The ADCLK948BCPZ is an 8-output clock buffer manufactured by Analog Devices. It provides 8 Low Voltage Positive ECL (LVPECL) outputs, each capable of producing frequencies up to 250 MHz with low jitter performance of 0.9 ps (12 kHz–20 MHz) and 1.7 ps (20 MHz–250 MHz). This device is manufactured using a SiGe advanced BiCMOS process. The inputs are fully differential to reduce noise caused by external interference and provide excellent power supply routing noise rejection. The ADCLK948BCPZ also provides enables (EN) and power-down (PD) pins for controlling the output buffer states. It comes in a compact 9-pin TSSOP package, allowing it to be used in a variety of space-constrained applications.
