The IPS4260LTR is a low-side intelligent power switch that offers a wide range of features and protection for power distribution and motor control applications. The device provides four independent low-side Power MOSFETs that can be driven simultaneously or independently. The low-side switches are designed to drive loads up to 1.2A at a voltage supply of 3V to 32V. It integrates four internal temperature and current sense resistors used for current and temperature monitoring. The device provides protection features such as overcurrent, over-voltage, under-voltage, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection. It also provides features such as anti-ringing control and load current auto-calibration to ensure smooth operation of the load.
