SC286 Dual Channel 4A Synchronous Step-Down Regulator POWER MANAGEMENT Features Description Input Voltage Range 2.9 to 5.5V The SC286 is a dual channel 4A synchronous step-down regulator designed to operate with an input voltage Output Voltage Range 0.8V to 3.3V range of 2.9V to 5.5V. Each channel offers fifteen pre- Output Current up to 4A for each channel determined output voltages via separate control pins Ultra-Small Footprint <1mm Height Solution programmable from 0.8 to 3.3 Volts. The control pins Switching Frequency 1.6MHz allow for on-the-fly voltage changes, enabling system Automatic Power Save Mode designers to implement dynamic power savings. The Efficiency Up to 95% device is also capable of adjusting output voltage via an Low Output Noise Across Load Range external resistor divider. Excellent Transient Response The SC286 is optimized for maximum efficiency over a Start Up into Pre-Bias Output wide range of load currents.
