The 1N5383BRLG is a 3.15 V, 370 mA, silicon, planar, types ultra-fast rectifier, part of ON Semiconductor's PowerBITE series. It is a RoHS compliant device, made with a concentric encapsulation technique to provide an excellent thermal performance. It has a wide operating junction temperature range of -55 to +175 °C, and a maximum reverse leakge current at rated VRRM of 200 nA. Its low profile package enables maximum design flexibility.
