The NRF51422-QFAB-R7 is a RF System on Chip (SoC) ANT SoC manufactured by Nordic. It is a 48-pin 6x6 QFN package with 128K Flash DC/DC. This SoC has a 32-bit ARM® Cortex™-M0 processor, a 2.4 GHz radio transceiver and an embedded Bluetooth® low-energy stack. It is suitable for low-power, short-range connectivity applications such as wearable fitness devices and remote sensors. This SoC offers an integrated proprietary radio, high-level protocol layers, and high-performance radio stack with an embedded PPI controller, which offers a high degree of flexibility and is suitable for low-power, short range connections.
