HEF4538BT.653 Nexperia

The Nexperia HEF4538BT.653 Monostable Multi-vibrator is a dual precision monostable designed to generate two independent pulses with a precise and adjustable duty cycle. The device contains two logic compatible inputs, both generating an output pulse of the same duration triggered by a low-to-high transition on their input. The pulse width of each output is determined by a single external resistor and capacitor connected to each device. The HEF4538BT.653 offers an adjustable pulse delay of up to 1.5 seconds and an exceptionally low glitch with a 0.1 µA minimum disable current and a 1 µA maximum enable current. With its low propagation delay of 4 ns and lower power consumption, it provides increased efficiency over some of its competitors. Additionally, the device features an operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C and is available in a variety of package options.
