MIC37300/01/02/03 3.0A, Low Voltage Cap LDO Regulator Features General Description 3A Minimum Output Current The MIC37300/01/02/03 is a 3.0A low-dropout linear voltage regulator that provides a low voltage, high 500 mV Maximum Dropout Voltage over current output with a minimum number of external Temperature components.
