KSZ8061RNDW Microchip

The Microchip KSZ8061RNDW is an Ethernet IC 10100 Base-TXFX Quiet-Wire x-ceiver which features an integrated low power 10/100 Mbps physical layer transceiver. It offers extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, 25 MHz crystal oscillator, small 3 mm x 3 mm VFQFPN form factor, low power dissipation, and no external components for a fast and agile design cycle. It supports IEEE 802.3 physical layer specifications up to 100 Mbps Fast Ethernet and IEEE 802.3u physical layer specification. It also supports Reduced Gigabit Media Independent Interface (RGMII) and Media Independent Interface (GMII). The integrated Quiet-wire technology EMI_REDUCTION™ feature reduces the radiated electromagnetic interference (EMI) by up to 20 dB, allowing for better system integration. In addition, the integrated on-chip ESD Transorb protects against electrostatic discharge (ESD).
