The MXD8529 is an RF switch with LGA-8 (1.4x1.5) packaging, manufactured by Maxscend. It is designed to offer excellent isolation and low insertion loss for applications up to 4.5GHz. This switch is ideal for TD-SCDMA/WCDMA and GSM/CDMA applications, and has a single-pole single-throw (SPST) switch architecture. It provides excellent RF performance with a high isolation of >20dB, low return loss of >14dB, and insertion loss of 0.5dB typ. The MXD8529 is RoHS compliant and offers a low profile design with a footprint of 1.4x1.5mm. This switch is suitable for smartphones, handsets, tablet PCs, and other consumer electronic products.
