The MAX4599EXT+T is an Analogue Switch IC from Analog Devices, designed for single-supply operations. It is housed in an SC70 package. This low-voltage IC has an On-Resistance of 8 Ohm and has a Break-Before-Make operation feature which allows two independent input signals to be routed to a single output without any interruption. The device has low leakage current of 1.5 nA (maximum), and a low capacitance of 5 pF. Its switching and logic control logic is TTL compatible. It features a band gap reference for improved capacitive and switching speeds, making it suitable for applications in automatic level control, signal routing and data acquisition.
