AIC1747-25GU3TR AIC

The AIC1747-25GU3TR is a three-pin Linear Voltage Regulator SOT-23-3 package, RoHS compliant manufactured by AIC. It is a low-power dual output device that provides a wide input voltage range of up to 25V. The outputs are adjustable from 0.8 to 25V and can handle up to 100mA of output current with a dropout voltage of only 0.3V.
